If your debit card is lost or stolen, contact our Debit Card Department as soon as possible at (304) 574-1212 to close the card. If you need to report a lost or stolen debit card after our business hours, please call 1-800-264-4274. After your card is closed, please come to the bank in person to apply for a new debit card.
If you have loose coin that you want to exchange for currency, please bring it to our Fayetteville Lobby. We have a coin counter that will make counting your coins more efficient and your wait considerably less.

Maintenance to install security patches or server maintenance usually occurs on Sundays between 12:00 AM and 7:00 AM, and maintenance usually causes intermittent outages to Internet Banking and sometimes also Touch Tone Teller.
