Internet Banking Login Problems
A few Internet Banking customers have stated that the Login section of our main page is missing or too far to the right on their screen and they cannot log in.
There are a number of reasons this may be occurring. An update occurred yesterday to patch a security vulnerability and it may have affected the display of the
login area. It appears this may be occurring on computers that are using Internet Explorer versions earlier than Version 8. Internet Banking supports IE Versions 8
and above. You can normally find the version you are running by clicking on Tools or Settings and clicking "About Internet Explorer." If you are using a
version earlier than Version 8, you must visit www.microsoft.com for a free download of a newer version of Internet Explorer. If you continue having problems logging in, please contact our Internet
Banking Department at 304-574-1212.
Medallion Signature Guarantee Program (STAMP)
Fayette County National Bank now participates in the Securities Transfer Agents Medallion Program (STAMP). When placing a Medallion Guarantee Stamp on a security, the bank is
guaranteeing the signature is genuine, the signer is an appropriate person to endorse, and the signer has the legal capacity to sign.
This service is offered to FCNB customers at no charge.
Lost or Stolen Debit Cards
If your debit card is lost or stolen,
contact our Debit Card Department as
soon as possible at (304) 574-1212 to
close the card. If you need to report a
lost or stolen debit card after our
business hours, please call
1-800-264-4274. After you card is
closed, please come to the bank in
person to apply for a new debit card.
Did You Know?
Our Internet Banking service is free! You can monitor your account, print copies of transactions, and transfer to other FCNB Internet Banking activated accounts. One login every 90 days is required to keep your Internet Banking access active. Our billpay service is also free for up to 15 transactions per billing cycle; billpays over 15 are $.75 each. One completed billpay every 90 days is required to keep your billpay service active.
