With Internet Banking you get FREE up-to-the minute information about all of your eligible accounts.
Access is secure and convenient and available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Some features of Internet Banking:
In general, Internet Banking is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. However, the system may be down
periodically for maintenance or for other reasons outside our control.
What do I need to start using Internet Banking?
You will need an account with Fayette County National Bank and you also need to complete an Internet Banking
Application form. Other requirements include:
Cookies must be enabled on your computer. JavaScript is required for optimal functionality; if JavaScript is
disabled, certain features may not work. Screen resolution should be set at 800 x 600 VGA or 1024 x 768 VGA.

Do I need to register to use Internet Banking?
Yes, a one-time application is required to sign up for 24/7 Internet Banking. Applications are available online at
the “Enroll” link on our Main Page
There is a separate link for business and other non-consumer users to apply for Internet Banking. This is an initial
application only, and non-consumer accountholders will need to complete a Commercial Internet Banking Agreement
before online banking access is granted.
What fees will I pay for Internet Banking?
Internet Banking is FREE. The first 15 billpays each month are free; billpays over 15 are $.50 each. Your account
will be automatically charged around the 9th of each month for any billpays over 15.
Why does it say “Your Account is Currently Locked” when I try to log into Internet Banking?
As security measures, accounts will lock for several reasons, such as inactivity or the incorrect passcode being
entered THREE
times in a row. If your account is locked, please call our Internet Banking Department at
(304) 574-1212 Monday-Friday between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM.
Upon proper identification we will be happy to
unlock the account and reset the passcode. This is for the security and protection of our customers. We
apologize for any inconvenience.
What happens if I forget my passcode?
You are allowed 3 attempts to enter the correct passcode before your account will be locked. If you cannot
remember your passcode and/or you are locked out of the system, you can change your passcode by clicking the
"Forgot Your Passcode?" link in the Login section of our main page. You can also call our Internet Banking
Department at (304) 574-1212 Monday - Friday between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM and someone will be glad to reset
your passcode. You will be required to provide proper identification before your passcode will be reset.
What happens if I don’t log off the system?
Internet Banking has a 10-minute time out feature. If the system has been inactive for over 10 minutes,
the user will be required to re-enter his/her unique ID and Passcode. For your protection, FCNB highly
recommends logging off Internet Banking when you have completed your transactions.
What type of accounts can I view with Online Banking?
With Internet Banking you can view most of your Fayette County National Bank checking and savings accounts,
IRA accounts, certificate of deposit accounts as well as most loan accounts (accounts you chose on your application).
How do I add or delete accounts to my existing Online Banking accounts?
You can add an account by clicking on the “add an account” link under the accounts tab once you have logged in.
Can one Internet Banking login access be used by more than one person, such as joint accountholders?
Only one login access is required per account. Joint accountholders can share the login.
Can I transfer money from one account to another?
Yes, with Internet Banking you can transfer money between eligible FCNB checking and savings accounts.
You may also make loan payments on your FCNB loan from your FCNB deposit account. Payments to FCNB
loans are set up as transfers not bill payments.
Can I schedule recurring or future dated transfers?
Yes.
How does Fayette County National Bank’s Online Bill Pay work?
Your payments are electronically transferred from your FCNB checking account to your payee’s account
through the Automated Clearing House (ACH) network. If the party you are making a payment to is not
setup for electronic transfer, a check is sent via US Mail.

How does the bank keep my online information secure?
State-of-the-art security technology is used to keep your information secure. All sensitive and personal
information is encrypted, and access requires passwords that only you know. In addition, your account
numbers, Social Security numbers, and Tax ID numbers are never displayed on the online system.
However, if you feel your information has been compromised in any way, please change your passcode
immediately and contact our Internet Banking Department at (304) 574-1212 during business hours.
However, it is important that Internet Banking customers take responsibility for the security of their personal PCs
when using Internet Banking. Three critical PC protections are updated computer virus software, spyware protection,
and a secure firewall. Nothing can guarantee the security of your computer 100 percent. However if you have an active
up-to-date firewall and virus protection plus spyware protection that is updated frequently, you have taken action to
limit your risk.
